I help people rebuild their lives...better.

I believe everyone has something powerful to contribute.
Especially those of us who've faced failure, mistakes, or mental illness.

A Little About Me
I was born a fool. Literally.

Born on April Fool's Day, I have spent my life helping people find the joy and beauty in themselves.

After graduating from Vanderbilt University School of Law, I pursued a successful career as a commercial litigator and, later, and entrepreneur. Successful, that is, until mental illness got in the way.

At 41, my life was in pieces. With a lot of research, trials, and failures, I found a way to put the pieces back together. And now I enjoy sharing what I learned with others.
